Look who’s arrived in time for Easter
Once in awhile, when the craving for some fresh-baked french bread or a buttery pastry hits, I head over to my favorite bakery down the block, Soutine. 
It is a tiny store, but chock-full of good things! Roll out of bed and grab a perfect pain au chocolat, or take your lunch break to get a well-priced and tasty sandwich, made with their fresh-baked bread (and, if you get the soup, it comes with a cheesy roll). On my last visit, I couldn’t help but snatch up one of these cute little Easter bunny cookies- irresistible!
Hand-painted and made on site, I almost didn’t want to eat it, it was so adorable! However, I did, and was rewarded with a light, buttery sweet cookie- with just the right mix of crunch and softness. You really can’t go wrong with anything from Soutine! Happy Easter- I’ll be celebrating in Paris!
