Behind the scenes for TV-a sneak peek!
If you’ve been following us lately on twitter (GuillaumeGentet) or facebook, you’ve probably heard about our recent shoot for a National Network design show. We can’t post all the details until the show airs, but we can show you a few preview photos! We had a really fun time working with the production crew and host, showing off our work and eclectic style.
We filmed in one of the apartments in lower Manhattan that we had completed work on last year-bright and early! Guillaume treated the crew to some of the best croissants in the city, from Ceci-Cela.
The film crew took some “beauty shots” of the apartment as Guillaume showed off his work (and of course, regaled the crew with some of his stories about the project!).
As we are considered a fairly unique design firm in that we do all the faux finishing and custom art ourselves, the film crew also captured us at work at our home base. Once filming in the apartment wrapped, the crew rushed over to our Fulton St. offices. Guillaume did a quick tutorial on the project and told the story of he came into the business and got the company started (arriving with just two suitcases in NYC ten years ago!). We were able to give a sense of unique flavor and personality of our G-Team, and we had a blast doing it!
Of course, we’ll keep you posted about the release of our TV appearance…
