Cottage-Style Hamptons Home Goes on Sale for $3 Million
Inspired by the quaint, colorful Victorian homes scattered around Water Mill, N.Y., 41 Mill Pond Lane blends sandy beiges and soft blues to create a cottage-style Hamptons getaway. The more than 4,000-square-foot home was built in 2014 by John Rives and designed by interior designer Guillaume Gentet, who picked out the color schemes and materials used for the build. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home (another room can be used as either a fifth bedroom or a study) is situated on a half-acre of land and offers beautiful views of Mill Pond.
